Support Your Local Post Office

Recent attempts to downsize the Post Office operations will no doubt threaten the mission and work of the system.

"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

The current actions of the Postmaster General will have a profound negative effect on the ability of the postal service to ensure a unencumbered and efficient election process. Mail-in ballot activity is expected to increase 50% or more over the previous election in 2018. If you plan on voting absentee this year go to this link or town office to request your ballot and I suggest you return it no later than October 20th.
