The Covid 19 pandemic has created a totally non-traditional environment for candidates trying to raise campaign funds to run for office. Where in the past, in order to be successful, it was assumed that candidates would be out in the community and continually meeting with constituents, primarily on a one-on-one basis. Those options are currently not available.
